Kemt Bodywork (pronounced Ke-Met) was born out of the idea of helping to re-establish harmony in the body. As a society, we’ve become increasingly inactive thus, putting our bodies in a state of disharmony and dis-ease. Instead of giving our bodies the chance to recover, we continue to create more restrictions.
Our bodies are incredible machines that require resets, tune ups and maintenance in order to improve any muscle imbalances and restrictions that inhibit smooth movement and energy flow. Whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior or someone just trying to stay healthy; we want you to be able to do the things you love for as long as you want.
